Children
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our productions.  Out of courtesy for our adult patrons and performers, we ask that no one under the age of 4 attend.  Please call the box office to determine whether a particular show is appropriate for children. We'll be happy to discuss our shows and help you make a decision about age suitability. After all, we'd like everyone in the audience to be happy and comfortable. Please do remember that every audience member must have a ticket.

Show Ratings
Not all productions are for everyone.  Please ask our box office staff about the language and content of our performances.  We use the following guidelines:
THEATRE G:  Suitable for all ages. Younger audiences may even find this particular production entertaining.
THEATRE PG: Not recommended for children under 10 based on story or entertainment potential.  Language and situation is suited for all.
THEATRE PG13:  Language or situation may be more mature than some audience members prefer.  Nothing inappropriate seen, but may be implied.
THEATRE R: Language and/or situation for mature audiences only. 

No Recordings
We ask that you turn off all pagers, watch alarms, and cellular phones. No photography or video recording during performances.

Reservations
All ticket orders must be paid in full at the time the seats are held. All phone and online orders must be charged to a credit card before tickets will be mailed or held for pick up.

Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If a performance is cancelled, arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders.

Tickets may be exchanged from one performance to another performance of the same event if the exchange takes place at least 24 hours before the original performance.  Exchanges are based on seating availability.  Tickets may not be exchanged between two different events.

Seating Policy
Our performances begin promptly at the stated curtain time. We do not hold the curtain for late comers. Parties arriving later than the scheduled curtain time may have to wait until intermission to be seated.  Wheelchair seating is available; please inform the box office of your needs.

Fees
All phone, mail, box office and fax orders include a $1.50 per ticket handling fee. To meet the technical needs and provide better service for our current and future audience, we are forced to charge this fee.  We are confident that with this advancement we will be able to better accommodate your needs for every performance.  If you are a current DTP or Season ticket holder, please call the box office to reserve your seat.  You will not be charged this fee.

Under 30 Discount
Any individual under the age of 30 is eligible for this discount. No refunds issued for pre-purchased tickets.
