Q: Can I reserve seats and pay later?
A: All phone and online orders must be charged to a credit card and paid in full before tickets will be mailed or held for pick up.
Q: I have a coupon to use, how do I use it?
A: If you wish to use a coupon you can call us and order your tickets over the phone or of course, you're welcome to stop in and present your coupon in person and order your tickets here at the theatre. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to honor coupons with online ticket orders.
Q: Can I get a refund if I do not attend the show?

Q: I'm a season ticket holder, can I reserve my seats online?
A: Unfortunately, no. Season ticket holders may not reserve their seats online. Please call the box office to make season ticket reservations - we're happy to help!
Q: How old does my child have to be to attend shows?
A: Out of courtesy for our patrons and performers, children under six years of age are not allowed to attend regular Main Stage performances. However, children of all ages are invited to attend any of our Theatre for Young Audiences performances.
Q: What school grade levels qualify for student ticket prices?
A: To qualify for our discounted student ticket price, students can be elementary, high school, or college students. College students should present a student ID at the box office when picking up tickets.
Q: How does your student rush tickets work?
A: If you’re a student, whether it’s elementary, high school, or college, if you show up 30 minutes early to one of our main stage performances and there is a seat available, you can get a ticket for only $12. Just show up 30 minutes early and get a huge discount deal. So, for example if a show opens at 7:30 on a Friday night at our Main Stage and a student shows up at 7 pm and buys a ticket right then and there, it’s only $12.
Q: Can I purchase student tickets online?
A: Student tickets are not available for purchase online. They must be purchased over the phone or in person at the box office. College students must present a valid student ID at the time of pick-up.
Q: Do you offer a senior citizen discount?
A: While we do not offer a senior citizen discount please click HERE to view different options for discount ticket packages.
Q: When I order tickets online, what does the seating chart look like?
A: See below for a seating chart of the Old Creamery's Main Stage. Row A is the row closest to the stage, whereas Row M is the farthest from the stage. Row A's height is level with the stage. The green dots, which may appear yellow on some screens, indicate available seats. The seats will turn white or black when they are purchased and therefore made unavailable. The seating chart below indicates that every single seat is currently unsold and available for purchase.
Q: How early should I arrive for the show?
A: We suggest you arrive thirty minutes in advance to ensure that you have plenty of time to take care of personal needs and time to find your seats.
Q: Should I put my phone on silence, vibrate, or leave the ringer on during the performance?
A: As a courtesy to those around you as well as the performers on stage, we ask that phones be set on "silent" or powered off during all performances.
Q: Can I take photos and videos during the performance?
A: Photography and videotaping are not allowed during any performance.
Q: May I bring snacks and drinks into the theatre?
A: We have a wide array of snacks and beverages available for purchase. You are welcome to bring the food and drinks you purchase here into the theatre with you. We kindly request that you do not bring in any outside food or beverages.
Q: What is your seating policy?
A: Our performances begin promptly at the stated curtain time. We do not hold the curtain for latecomers. Parties arriving later than the scheduled curtain time will be seated at an appropriate time as determined by the management. Wheelchair seating is available; please inform the box office of your needs.
