Karl is continuing his seventh season with The Old Creamery Theatre. Past audiences have enjoyed him in Always…Patsy Cline, 1940’s Radio Hour, The Spitfire Grill, Nunsense, Mr. Penny Pincher Presents, Broadway Serenade, Christmas Cheer, Swingtime Canteen, A Christmas Carol and Honky Tonk Angels. Karl received his specialization in vocal music at Northwestern University and a BFA in piano performance from The Cleveland Institute of Music. Karl and his wife Catie are music directors at First Lutheran Church by Conroy, IA, and Karl also teaches at the Lutheran Interparish School in Williamsburg. They live with their son, Josef, in East Amana.
