Steven Marc Weiss
Steven Marc Weiss is a Professor of Theatre at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, where he has taught courses in acting and directing and directed mainstage productions since the fall of 2000. Recent acting credits include the roles of Mark Rothko in John Logan's Red (a 2012 co-production in Cedar Rapids of Three3Brothers and On-Location Players), and Salter in Caryl Churchill's play a number (produced in 2009 by StageLeft Players in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City). He has performed with ITAC 2012 and 2010, with the U of I's Summer Rep (in 2013 and 2003), and with Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre (as Jailer Frosch in the 2001 production of Die Fledermaus). This production of Heroes marks his debut with Old Creamery Theatre.
